Need some more first-person shooters? The Sci-Fi Shooters Humble Bundle really is a good deal, if you don't already own all the games that is. It's a really nice collection for $19 / $15.04.
Below I'll go through and individually list the expected compatibility on Steam Deck and Linux desktop, along with any ProtonDB rating and noting any Native Linux versions available. Plus each is a Steam link, so you can go see more info on each if you need to.
Steam Deck Verified
Prey (ProtonDB Platinum)
+ 68% off Prey - Mooncrash
DOOM (2016) (ProtonDB Platinum)
Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster (ProtonDB Platinum)
Crysis 2: Remastered (ProtonDB Platinum)
Crysis 3: Remastered (ProtonDB Platinum)
Steam Deck Playable
System Shock (ProtonDB Gold)
Crysis: Remastered (ProtonDB Gold)
Head over to Humble Bundle to purchase.
Also don't miss out on the big Civilization bundle, a Telltale adventures bundle and a pretty good month for Humble Choice.

I'm not a big fan of Crysis, but Dark Forces remaster and System Shock are very appealing!

The article says its for Doom (2016), which isn't on GOG yet.

Now that HB is a subsidiary of IGN, does anyone remember who HB's copycats and lookalikes were?
I would prefer to keep an eye on the Indie and side market. HB is kindof like going to the mall.
I don't know if GMG ever did any bundles

I might have been thinking of Fanatical (Bundle Stars), looks like SS is 17.99 there at the moment

There was the one that shut down. And there might have been another one, help me out if anyone remembers.
