India vs Bangladesh 3rd T20 Highlights: Sanju Samson’s 40-ball hundred and quickfire knocks from Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya powered India to a 133-run win against Bangladesh in the third and final T20I at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
The series sweep was completed after India put on a record 297-run total on the back of a superb batting performance before the bowlers restricted Bangladesh to 164.
Batting first, India were off to a quickfire start on the back of Samson’s measured attack. The opener also tonked five consecutive sixes off Rishad Hossain before motoring to his maiden T20I ton. Hardik and Riyan Parag added the final touches as India smacked 22 sixes to deflate Bangladesh.
The Men in Blue were hardly ruffled in the previous two encounters in Delhi and Gwalior, where their all-round efforts proved too much for Bangladesh. Najmul Shanto’s men have struggled with the bat, failing to tonk maximums at the same rate as India in the series.

Sanju Samson may have appeared to squander two starts in the previous two games in Gwalior and Delhi. But he has found the backing as an opener from India's assistant coach, Ryan ten Doeschate.
“If you look back at the first two games, Sanju, getting a quick start in the first game in Gwalior would have been easy for him to knock it around and get a fifty. But you can see he's trying to push the boundary, and the messaging has been pretty consistent with that. We want guys to expand their own game, we want to move cricket forward like it is going at the time, and we want to be prepared for the big crunch moments that are coming up in the next 18 months,” Doeschate remarked on Friday.
